Jensen Ackles has been a successful American performer, actor, and producer for many years. Ackles initially planned to pursue a degree in sports medicine, and work as the profession of therapist. But a brief stint as a model altered the course of his professional career. He was soon chosen to play Eric Brady on the Emmy-winning Days of our Lives. The show's creators claim that he has a bewitchingly attractive screen-presence as well as a remarkable ability to entertain his viewers. The humble beginnings of his career helped him become an a-list actor in Hollywood and on TV. The most well-known roles he has played are Eric Brady Jason Teague, and Dean Winchester. He has won numerous awards and accolades. Apart from being a performer one of his interests is production and direction when he has time off. In the spare time, he has also directed two episodes on Supernatural. The show received a lot of praise for his work. He is a Christian that is not a member to any particular faith.
